Following our plan we drive through the Harz and the Thuringian Forest. The fog hangs in the Harz Mountains, the Thuringian Forest is already colored in autumn. It is drizzling on our way through the Rhön, another German low mountain rainge. We spend the night near the Wasserkuppe, Germany’s No. 1 gliding area. The last 200km go through the Spessart and the Odenwald. The weather wasn’t that great, that’s why there are no pictures.
