Coast of the Sea Spiders

Trabucchi are the bizarre pile constructions of the Apulian sea fishermen, which are almost a symbol of the Italian southeast. Most of them are built directly on rocky cliff coasts, where schools of fish like to swim. The construction, lines and nets dangle like thin spider legs over the sea.
