We take the Metro to Piazza Garibaldi, very convenient. But where to now? We try Piazza Dante and this is right! Napoli’s alleys (roads?) are unbelievable narrow. I can’t believe cars fit through…But obviously it works for cars, scooters, pedestrians, tourists…

Spaccanapoli is the main road of the old town, it leads in a straight line through. The old part of the city is full of tiny shops, tourist shops as well as supply or food stores for the people living here.

The place is full of live with lots of atmosphere. These people don’t queue for ice cream but for French fries. The tourists are easily distinguishable – they were summer clothes, for Neapolitans it is still winter!
